‌‌Hello! And a warm welcome to my website.
‌Here's a little about me...

‌I'm an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for helping others realise their true potential.

‌I have always been fascinated by the human psyche.

‌My mission in life is to raise awareness of mental health issues and to challenge the stigma that exists.
‌As part of my mission I endeavour to contribute to the personal development and positive transformation of others;
‌helping you to be the best you can be.

‌Formerly a TESOL teacher, translator-interpreter, mentor in educational settings, portraiture and wedding photographer.

‌Today, I'm a professional, experienced and compassionate Psychologist/Counsellor/Counselling Supervisor/Life Coach
‌in private practice, offering face-to-face and online counselling, coaching and creativity services.

‌I also deliver bespoke training and CPD workshops with The Positive Vibes Project promoting positive
‌mental health, wellbeing and wellness through creativity.
‌I am driven by the fact that I succeed by supporting others to succeed.

‌Below is more information about my qualifications, professional memberships, insurance, experience,
‌ongoing professional development, and professional achievements.
